Cleanup is still not easy with this blender. It seems all Ninja Blenders are tricky to clean due to the blades that detach from the blender. When removing the upper blades from the blender, you must be very careful during cleanup. These blades are sharp and it is entirely possible you could cut yourself. Other than the annoying blade removal part, the cleaning process is pretty simple that just involves rinsing and throwing the blender in the dishwasher.
