Nutri Ninja Blender vs Vitamix Blenders

Price:
  • $400 separates these two blenders. That is no sum to sneeze at. On the one hand, the Nutri Ninja costs less than $80. If you are willing to spend an extra $400, you will find plenty of extra features and amenities. In my view, the Nutri Ninja certainly 'feels' inferior/cheap when compared to a Vitamix blender.
Blending Power:
  • Both blenders actually are quite powerful. Of course the Vitamix is far more powerful, but the Nutri Ninja offers a big punch in a small package. With the Vitamix, you will get the most powerful blender able to blend up anything. The Nutri Ninja will not be able to do all the things a Vitamix can, but it is certainly strong enough to get through most blending needs.
Design:
  • For anyone looking for a traditional blender, the Vitamix is supreme. The Vitamix blender feels durable and so strong it may as well be connected to the kitchen counter. Plus, it looks attractive and fetching on a kitchen counter. Truly, the Nutri Ninja is made of a cheaper plastic and looks a bit silly on a kitchen counter.
Features:
  • With the Nutri Ninja's compact design, it should be obvious this is a blender made for limited purposes. If you only want a blender for making smoothies, great, the Nutri Ninja is for you. Any other blending jobs will be far harder to get done in the Nutri Ninja. If you want a blender that can handle any job, the Vitamix should be your number one choice.
Overall:
  • Price matters. For anyone wanting the best blender money can buy, go with the Vitamix. In order to get that blender, you better be ready to pay over $400. Of course, not everyone can justify spending that much on a blender. Even $100 may be too much, that is what makes the Nutri Ninja so great. For less than $85, you can get a powerful and compact blender made for blending smoothies.
