Pros:
Set it and forget it with the Instant Pot IP-DUO60 Pressure Cooker thanks to the digital pressure cooking technology. Do not fear pressure build ups, the Instant Pot is engineered with ten safety valves within it to prevent any sort of malfunction. Along with this, the Instant Pot can be set for any one of the 14 cooking programs to perfectly cook a wide variety of food. After cooking completes the Instant Pot will switch over to a keep warm function. Perfect for setting up a meal hours ahead of time and coming back to a piping hot dish cooked to perfection.
Efficiency and energy savings are the key to pressure cooking. Compared to boiling food on stove top, pressure cookers only need a third of the time and energy required to cook food just as well as a boiling pot. With electronic pressure cookers, the science is even greater as electricity operates at greater precision and lower cost than traditional pressure cooking done on the range. Save on time and money with the Instant Pot.
Now cook with low pressure and high pressure in the Instant Pot IP-DUO60 Pressure Cooker. Previous models lacked the availability of low pressure cooker settings. With DUO models, now it is possible to easily cook delicate foods. One major default of previous Instant Pot models was that soft skin vegetables tended to get mushy from the steaming function. Now you can retain a slight crunch to your vegetables while still cooking them fully.
Clean up is easy with the Instant Pot. Cooking in a stainless steel cooking pot makes for an elegant design no less, but even easier to wash up after cooking. Simply wash out any larger piece of leftovers and throw it in the dishwasher. Unlike many rice cookers, issues with starchy buildups never plague Instant Pot models. The sheer size of the cooking pot makes it difficult to even cook the maximum capacity of food possible in the Instant Pot. Much less water is required in pressure cooking compared to the boiling that accompanies rice cookers.

Cons:
For anyone that already owns a previous model of Instant Pot, the added functions to the Instant Pot IP-DUO60 Pressure Cooker
does not warrant an upgrade. Low and high pressure is certainly appealing, but delicate items will only be a minority of items cooked in the pressure cooker. A porridge function is included in this model of pressure cooker which is nice, but manual pressure cooking can be easily done on older models.
The big sales point of the third generation of pressure cookers is the yogurt making option. It could be possible to make soy milk yogurt in this model of pressure cooker if a fat is added. Consider using a soy milk maker to make homemade soy milk, find my review here.
Overall though, for anyone lacking an Instant Pot, this newest model would be worth a purchase versus older models.

Instant Pot offers a one year warranty on all of its products to cover
any defects in workmanship free of charge. This does not apply to normal
wear and tear, only defects that would have come up on the
manufacturer's side.
The Instant Pot company is extremely customer friendly. If any issue were to come up, feel free to contact the company in order to resolve an issue. Instant Pot takes pride in the quality of its product and the happiness it delivers to its customers.
Value for money?
No product better services my kitchen than the Instant Pot (excluding knives of course). The ability to digitally cook food items is the way of the future. Efficiency and cost savings that accompany pressure cooking are even more forward thinking. Having the peace of mind knowing that food is cooking on its own and will be ready for my consumption when the timer begins beeping is of extreme value for a busy person. For anyone no longer wanting to slave away above the stove to prevent food from burning, the Instant Pot is the clear winner. Overall, I give the Instant Pot IP-DUO60, 5/5 Stars.
